This 3d knee cap is used during running, jumping, squatting & workout. The Knee compression sleeve provides warmth, compression, and support to knee pain relief. How to measure
1. Slightly bend the knee you want to measure at about 30 Degree.
2. Measure your thigh circumference 5.0″ about the centre of your knee Cap.
3. Keep the measure tape straight as you go around the back of your thigh.
